Jeff Pape has been providing commercial real estate development solutions throughout the east coast for over 17 years. His strengths lie in team building, project management and execution, and innovative project solutions. Jeff is extremely driven and has the capabilities to lead entire development teams or handle all aspects of a project on his own. Prior to forming D&A Development and Consulting in 2009, Jeff held senior leadership positions with several notable commercial real estate companies. Most recently, Jeff was Vice President of Investments for Regency Centers (NYSE: REG) where he led the southeast development team on projects totaling over $50 Million. Prior to his time with Regency, Jeff was Vice President of Development with North American Properties as well as a Senior Manager for The Sembler Company where he led development teams in creating projects valued at over $570 Million.
Jeff is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and sits on the ICSC Certified Design and Construction Professional (CDP) governing committee. He is a faculty member for the John T. Riordan School for Professional Development where he teaches courses in commercial real estate development and contract documents. Jeff served as a member of the ICSC Centerbuild program committee. He is also a licensed professional engineer.
Jeff holds a bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA. He has completed the Leadership Development Program at the Center for Creative Leadership. Jeff was also named one of the Top 100 Commercial Real Estate Professionals by the Atlanta Business Chronicle in 2008 and 2009.
